DA369 is a high performance USB to dual HDMI 2.0 external graphic card adapter with USB-C and USB-A hybrid connector, that lets you to connect any laptop or desktop computer with an available USB-A or USB-C port. This adapter is able to output two extended displays on two separate screens, enabling two full 4K@60Hz displays from a single USB connection.

Based on built-in dedicated graphic processor and doesn't rely on computer internal graphic processor, it's widely compatible with most computer and operating systems, including Windows, MacOS and Chrome OS.

Two HDMI 2.0 ports provide low latency, pixel perfect graphics to high resolution monitors, support up to 4K@60Hz on both extended screens simultaneously.

Important Notes

  • Please install driver prior to use this product
  • Latest drive download from product page at www.simplecom.com.au or www.displaylink.com/downloads
  • The DisplayLink software driver is inboxed in Chrome OS from build R51 (released in June 2016). All Chromebooks using Chrome OS build R51 or later will work with DisplayLink docks and adapters without additional driver installation.
  • This product does not support Windows XP and Windows Vista
  • After connected 3.5mm stereo output port, there will be no sound output from two HDMI ports.
  • The output HDMI cable cannot exceed 5 meters, please use high-quality HDMI cable for stable connection.
